Ginger began her career in advertising and account management for magazines and digital platforms, building a strong foundation in creative strategy and brand-led campaign execution. With over 11 years of experience in the advertising industry, she has worked with clients ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations in the Philippines, developing concepts and strategies that align creativity with business goals.

She is a co-founder of CBI, one of the pioneers of social media marketing in the Philippines, where she served as Chief Creative Strategist, leading campaigns designed to connect with audiences and deliver results. From concept ideation to creative direction, she has an uncanny ability to stay ahead of trends and understand what will resonate with audiences.

Ginger expanded her career across leadership roles in sales, client management, and operations within the BPO and solar industries across New Zealand. Known for keeping teams motivated and processes running seamlessly, she consistently leads teams that drive performance and achieve targets.
