Cha has spent over 20 years helping businesses grow through smart, creative marketing and advertising—in the Philippines and Aotearoa, New Zealand.

She started in marketing and publishing before moving into advertising and account management, where she spent 13 years delivering integrated campaigns—print, digital, and events—while managing relationships with some of the Philippines’ top corporations. She then founded Creative Brandfire Inc., a boutique agency and one of the country’s first pioneers in social media management, content creation, and social-led campaigns.

After moving to New Zealand, Cha completed a Master of Management specialising in Marketing and worked with her university on international marketing initiatives. Since then, she has led marketing and brand strategies across multiple industries in New Zealand, including tertiary education, BPO, renewable energy, and not-for-profit—driving product launches, campaigns, digital strategy, content creation, and communications that deliver measurable results.

Founding Kinetic Brandfire is the culmination of Cha’s vision: helping New Zealand SMEs access practical, creative, and results-driven marketing expertise that gets real impact.
